From root to leaf. We make a fresh pesto from the carrot leaves, and dry the peels and grind them into powder for our bunch carrot dish.
Even on rainy days, it is lovely to spend time under our veranda.
By the water, you can enjoy everything that sails by here all day long, undisturbed.
In the restaurant, you will find various intimate seating areas to dine together in peace.
Tasting part 01 — together we taste, discuss, and refine each dish until it is just right.
Our ceviche has become a favorite at the table.
